We’ve visited twice in the last 6 months. I thought the first visit was just a bad day, but no, seems like the place is just poorly managed. On our first visit, the entire restaurant was filthy. No clean tables to be found. Meanwhile, management was sitting at a table with employees and nobody acknowledged any customers that walked in. We had to wait a while for anyone to help us and they were very rude. On our more recent visit, I ordered ahead on the app. When you walk in, the order ahead sign is turned where you can’t read it. We asked where to pick up and the employee very rudely snapped at us. Again, the restaurant was mostly empty, there were quite a few employees, and all the tables were dirty. Both times the pizza was just okay. I’ve been to other Mod locations and had much better experiences at those.

The new name cakes are so delicious! The staff says the strawberry is their favorite flavor but the chocolate one definitely almost made me go get a second one. I hope they stay in stocks with them! My new fave. I always loved the brick baked pizzas! Hadn't been awhile to MODS and my tastebuds were so satisfied and it's by all the popular shopping stores! Started my day off beautifully!

I was able to put my own veggie / vegan pizza together!!! I FORGOT ONIONS THO!! 😁😁😁 it was still good good good tho excellent choices!!!

My family came in to eat two Sundays ago and was very unhappy with service and the cleanliness on the restaurant. We had ordered a mod pizza, mod salad and two kids meals. When my son asked for light sauce the guy also put very little cheese and sausage on it. I asked him if that was how it was supposed to be and that the cheese and sausage was only going to be about. 3” circle in the middle, he told me “yep because he wanted light sauce. My 9 yr old son was upset with his pizza and my 8 yr old daughter had a normal proportioned pizza. The employees making pizzas seemed to rush everyone that come through the line as there were people behind us getting their orders made at the same time and it seemed as if they were competing. When it came to making my kid salads I noticed that the metal bowl looking like it had been used and not cleaned. The employee then started filling it with what I was asking for but some of the veggies had meat dropped into them. I asked him to remove the meat because I don’t eat meat. He seemed irritated. He then put it in a white bowl and some of the salad didn’t make it in the bowl. My husband paid for our order and they didn’t ring it up right. I asked the

Omg the pizza was so good, really fluffy and soft bread, one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. You watch them make it in front of you, and the staff was very friendly and sweet. The lemonade was really delicious, They had 3 options. I had to grab some more before I left, lol. def a nice brunch or lunch date spot. The atmosphere was very cute.
